IMPORTANT: buying from MCS means that you red and agreed to all the following terms

Animals are captive bred by MCS and/or other breeders (letter “A” in the cod. Nr) and guarantee healthy, well-started (at least 5 meals) and properly sexed. Only Chondros are sold unsexed until 1 year of age. MCS provides detailed informations of each animal. If you have a valid reason to be unsatisfied you must e-mail to info@mcserpenti.com within 24 hours from receipt. Replacement of animal(s) if on stock is the first choice, otherwise MCS refunds your money upon return of the animal(s). Shipping costs are not refundable. No exceptions are possible to the 24 hours term because MCS don’t have control over the animal(s) once it leaves the facility.

Reservations are possible for the animals of the “availability” section with a 25% deposit. This is not refundable however if MCS for any reason is no longer able to provide the animal(s) the deposit will be promptly returned.
Snakes are entered in the “availability” pages after their first shed but they can leave MCS facility only when “well-started”. For this reason reserved animals may be ready to leave the facility with different waiting times not depending from MCS. In case of long waiting times MCS will take care to inform the customer. Once a reserved animal is ready to go the customer has to buy it within 2 month or the deposit will be lost and no further claim can be made.

You can buy from MCS directly at the facility (call first to set up an appointment), at the major national and international expos listed in the dedicated section or delivered to many Italian regions. Shipping it’s possible only by air airport-to-airport in all Europe and the shipping charges must be paid in full by the custumer.
MCS is an import/export company and Extra-Cee shipments are possible with all the CITES Export papers required. Extra-CEE custumer must pay the 25% deposit plus 50,00€(euro) for each animal species exported (CITES fee) and is responsable for obtaining the Import CITES permits in his country.
Live arrival is guaranteed. Please open the shipping boxes and inspect the animals immediately upon receipt of shipment at the airport.

Microchip identification implant upon request for 25,00€(euro) per animal.

All orders must be paid in full at time of pick-up/delivery/shipment. MCS accepts the following paying methods: cash, postal money order, bank transfer, credit card. Checks must be clear to be valid.
